Did Omega quietly kill off that new Railmaster? and has anyone got one?

Hey Ash,

Railmasters have always been the weird child out of all the lines. They are simple and elegant pieces but priced a bit higher than comparable brands thus making it hard for someone to go after the railmaster without considering much cheaper options. You can always ask me to search 😀

Also Omega does often remove lines quietly without much noise once supply in their warehouses dry up with low demand models.

I own one and like it very much.

That is a nice strap.
Can you tell me who made it/model?
Thank you

Might be in the name, I can imagine that 99.99% of the Omega watch buying public would understand the need to be the Master of the sea, or the Master of speed, but wouldn't have a clue why they needed to be the Master of the rail.

I hear Omega is releasing a new Seinfeld limited edition. It’s going to be called the “Domainmaster.”

I first saw the Railmaster with the black striated dial and the black/grey textile strap at an Omega boutique on a Celebrity ship in 2018. I liked it and thought about getting it with an automatic 20% discount but we were heading to Aruba in a couple of days so I held off. Went to the Omega AD in Aruba and bought a leftover CK2998 with blue ceramic bezel instead and never thought about the Railmaster again. But I still like the overall look of the first black dial version, not so fond of the other versions. Maybe a bit overpriced at Omega's MSRP. It was kind of a red headed stepchild in Omega's lineup, it never quite fit in.
