Looks perfectly fine to me. Google "Omega 131.0021" and do some research (like you should have done before buying).

I think the 031.021 doesnt have roman numerals. Its probably a redial. Heres how the 031.121 should looks like.
Do you have any more info on that? I'd love to think it's an original dial -- but it's also in suspiciously good shape.
In fact, theres is a couple watches on ebay with the same dial with roman numerals, but I can tell you they aren't common as the 131.021 showed in omega data base. Thats why I was suspicious about It.
