image.jpg image.jpg So I just left the omega boutique to have my watch sized. Planet ocean 42mm. Took a link out on either side. Wore the watch home everything is perfect when I get home I deploy the divers adjustment just to check it out. After re doing the diver adjustment something is off and I cannot get the clasp to fasten. It’s as if something is blocking the clasp. With the divers adjustment back open the watch fastens just fine. Everything seems to fit perfectly until I re attach the divers adjustment.

    Any ideas?

Open the clasp and feed the divers e in first and make sure it's secure.
On my clasp it doesn't snap in easily. I have to angle it so first part snaps in then the second part snaps on.

Maybe that’s it. I only feel one snap on the divers clasp.

I can't just snap it down easily. I have to fish it in.
You won't be using this that often so it really doesn't matter.

This happened to me when I got my first modern Omega. You have to close the diver’s extension “end in” first, rather than just press it down. It doesn’t lay flat otherwise.

Had the same experience. Once you know how to its a natural thing when closing. As I have big hands and a smaller size wrist and the bracelet is sized to my wrist I need to use it every time putting it on or removing the watch.

As soon as I saw the picture I knew the issue. Glad it’s all good.

Didn't the owner's manual have instructions on how to use the diver's extension? That's kinda scary that it doesn't mention anything!

Actually not really, it shows how to open it. But the not immediately apparent way to close it is not really shown.

+1, but make sure the bracelet is level with the clasp (horizontal) when you are ready to snap it in. If the bracelet is in too much angle in relation to the clasp, it will give you trouble.
