Based on the irregularity of minute and sub seconds markers and the variations on the Longines font I would say a redial. A good one from a distance and to my untrained Longines eye. But look closer.
To clarify - the minute markers appear to have variation because of an imperfect crystal. They are uniform in shape and spacing.
I am definitely nothing close to an expert, but looking closely the minute markers on both sides of the '6' have varying lengths that do not appear to be due to issues with the crystal. Also, the dial edge appears to scraped to the left of the '12'.
Markers aside, let's look at lettering. Here's a 12.68 in the same case same vintage. With all due respect.
