I have a dial left over from buying a dial and case and i want to sell the dial.
I have a potential customer that is asking me if the dial will fit an Omega 286 movement.

The dial in question comes from a Seamaster cal 520.
Can i safely sell the dial, telling the buyer that it will fit the 286 movement or not?

    Thank you in advance.

No. The Cal. 520 is 25mm movement I believe where the 286 is one of the 30mm movements so it is unlikely to fit.

    Cheers, Al
