Dial flaking up by case

I just noticed that near the 6 o'clock mark, there is a piece of dial that is flaking up next to the watch case. I recently had in for a full service by Omega. Is this something of a concern or purely cosmetic? The watch is the seamaster ref. 255.80

Hard to tell for sure from the photo that it is actually the dial flaking. It could be something else stuck on the rehaut.

If it just came back from Omega like this, it would be surprising, as they generally consider that to be a defect that would require the dial is replaced.

A big concern, but indeed seems challenging it's the dial
