Dial check - old De Ville chronograph

What are the thoughts of the forum on this dial on FleaBay.....

There's no tachymeter scale around the edge so I'm unsure about it's authenticity?

I'm no expert but isn't it a bit too far gone, even if it was a correct dial?
Certainly better than no dial, that's for sure.
