Hi all vintage omega experts,

Do you think this dial is correct on this vintage omega model 168.029? It is a stainless steel case with a silver dial with gold hands and gold markers. Does the font and print looks authentic as well? I bought it from a vintage dealer who said it is all original parts, but I can't seem to find this dial configuration from google images and chrono24.

welcome @watchnerd212123

First of all, we could do with sharper pictures of the text on the dial.

From what I can see - there are some late 168.029s with the newer style dial layout.
However,
I've never seen a C case with crossed Ts.
I'm pretty sure that the Ns in Constellation should be straight on this variation - and the curled Ns that are on there don't look like they should.
and I think the lower M should be slanted rather than straight.

Paging @kaplan for his opinion.

The seconds are not aligned with the markers.
In my opinion, it’s repainted.
