Thoughts about that dial?
It´s a 13zn ref. 23432 (cliché 5415), 6826331 (=Movement ca. 1944), Case perhaps later.
IMO the dial is refinished, the digits a re too big and the "7" is too straight. Signature too big and not at the right place.
