My personal taste on this one leans towards it being too modern compared with the '50-60's. is this styling considered collectible? http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-AUT...15619505a0cb4f2714f57adc7c38beec1b&pwid=dblorPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Well the dog-leg pie-pan lovers are large in number, but these style watches certainly have their admirers. For one, the movement needs no explanation (the caliber in general, I haven't studied this particular example). And this example has one of the cooler dials I have seen. No shame in loving these!
That's a very nice watch at a fair price. The movement is the quick date change Cal. 564. Good sparkle dial. If I hadn't just bought a similar Seamaster Chronometer, I'd be a customer for this watch. gatorcpa
Come to think of it, this is $100 less than a bracelet I just bought for my Sweetie Speedie. Looks like the rotor has no scrapes on it, none on the lid. Legendary movement, special dial. Someone better grab it before I log into PayPal!
