Has anyone added a deployment clasp to 2018 Diver 300m river strap? Pics?

There have been a couple guys on the seamaster FB page that have used the 8900 AT OEM rubber straps with deployant on the new diver. I have both watches but haven’t tried it. Looks good from the pictures though

It would be great if you could do so and share some photos!

Here’s one I found from one of the members. He got the OEM black rubber strap and bought the center link 3ACFFA31-155A-4600-9323-1B1F3108E47B.jpeg

Yea I know lol. Same size lug width. I have both the old smpc and the new one. I just tried to fit the AT strap to the 2018 SMP and it fit fine

There’s thousands of pics on the FB seamaster group. I just combed through about a hundred or so and can’t find the one with the new model. I’ll try later after work.

I would love to see how the blue AT strap with the deployant clasp (both rubber and leather) look on my SMP 2018

I do like the AT rubber strap... on the AT.

For me the polished metal insert doesn't suit the SMP.

I'm interested in getting this working with my SMPc and the AT strap. I wasn't able to get the lugs to match up as I have the Aqua Terra (8900) - gray rubber - and the SMPc (2500) - blue on bracelet. I did a Photoshop mockup and it looks pretty good to me. If folks are getting this to work, I might pursue the dark blue AT rubber strap. Here's my mockup. SMPc on AT Blue Rubber.jpg

    Your right. ;)

LOL. Gads, if I replied to every Internet forum post that misused "you're" for "your" or "it's" for "its" I'd never have any time for actual work.

Given your lack of concern for attention to detail...I wonder just what it is you get paid to do and just how well you get paid. I would fire your ass in a minute...
If I would even hire you.

    Excellent! Looks great.
This is exactly what I want for my 2020 SMP Diver 300m GMT Chrono with 21mm lug.
I'm late jumping in to this but have been searching forums on how to do this. I found the 21mm version of this strap comes on the Aqua Terra 150M Co-Axial Master Chronometer GMT Worldtimer 220.12.43.22.03.001.
    BUT!
The response I received from Omega was probably to be expected:

"Unfortunately, there are no rubber straps available for the watch model 212.30.44.52.03.001, and the one you chose
for the Aqua Terra 150M Co-Axial Master Chronometer GMT Worldtimer 220.12.43.22.03.001,
are only integrated to their own watch models. We can’t use it for other models."

Of course, I remain hopeful and I'm in no hurry.
Late joining as I am, it's good to find this forum!
    Thanks to all contributors.

Yes, I would also like the blue AT rubber strap for my SMP GMT Chrono Diver but it has the 21mm lug!
