Hello Everyone. I have the speedmaster pro 3570.50 hesalite. Would the 9300 speedmaster be nice as a secondary or is the 1957 speedmaster a better one. Some advice would be great so I do not buy and exchange again.
The 1957 would certainly be a nice contrast to the 3570.50... Can't speak to how the 9300 would be. hope this is helpful.
The 9300 is quite a bit different in looks and size. Maybe try one out first and see if its a good fit for you.
Perhaps you mean the 9300 in the 42mm case announced at Basel, and not the 44.5mm one. I really like this one in titanium. http://www.omegawatches.com/news/international-news/international-news-detail/2270
Thanks that was helpful. Is yours an original or a re-issue? It looks original with the writing on the dial. That is really nice .
You know there's a new Speedmaster '57 which has the Calibre 9300, its about the best of both worlds: http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/hands-...dmaster-co-axial-1957-live-pics-pricing-specs
love that they are finally making a 9300 at a reasonable size, 41.5, for this new 57. Really like it in the white dial but they have really changed a lot to still be calling this a 57 re-issue.
I hate to say this but the retail price on the 57 iS a killer. Makes me wanna look at the aqua terra 41.5 chronometer. I just want something with an in house movement 8500 and the si14. The DeVille chrono is nice Too. This is more difficult than planning a wedding. Thanks for everyone's help
