·It's reasonable to believe that Omega manufacturing follows the OF. Assuming this is true, I was thinking about a recent purchase that I would like to ask them about if I could. It occurred to me that others might also have feedback or questions for the company. (Besides 'where's my Snoopy'.)
Only one rule: keep it positive. This can still address a problem feature but with the intent on making an improvement. It also means respectful. It can a big topic or a nitpick, like mine below. Or it could just be a 'keep up the good work' message.
Dear Omega,
I love your product, your respect for your heritage while wishing to continuously improve. I also sense that you truly view your relationship with your customers as collaborative and that we both want Omega to be the best.
I recently purchased a new speedmaster on strap. I love the watch but find the strap uncomfortable. After speaking with a friend here, he said yep, all OEM straps stink.
My question then is why can't Omega make a more comfortable strap?
Thanks.
