So I have been contacted buy an overseas buyer who is interested in a watch of mine. He asked me to declare a lower value so he can avoid duty fees. I told him I wasn't comfortable with this transaction. He then asked if I would be OK with him sending me a prepaid Fedex label and he would assume all responsibilities for shipment. He has decent feedback on Watchuseek. I have contacted past seller of his who said all went well. Just wanted to get other experienced seller's opinions.

If you have been paid, I see no reason not to accept.

I just had this exact same situation this week. So far so good. The watch will arrive to the buyer on Friday so we’ll see.

Who is responsible for customs? Whoever generates the shipping label?
