I have just bought this Omega branded wall clock at a garage sale... I love it, I know its not an 'Omega' clock/mechanism - but is it a genuine 'dealer' clock? It is quite heavy, has ELAG Quartz AA Battery on the back but nothing else. I've tried to google but there are an awful lot of mixed posts..
I'm sure I'm wrong but that looks like it would be an omega dealer clock doesn't it? Usually clocks that aren't seem to just have the symbol and name, not what looks to be a huge watch head
Clock looks to be the genuine article. ELAG is a Swiss company that makes quartz clock movements. I don't believe it is affiliated with Omega or Swatch Group directly. More information here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/omega-constellation-wall-clock-help.13937/ gatorcpa
That's right, bracelet is not original too))) For 6 pounds it's sounds like a steal. I would love to find one like it one day.
Yeah looks like an awesome find, I drive by garage sales and stop by 1/10 times and find nothing but junk. Maybe one day.
I'm the same way. One day, I've pulled over to someone's driveway for garage sale and saw a beautiful display shelf was seating there with watches and jewelry......when I came closer, it was nothing but junk there...
