De Ville quartz movement

Hi All,
I need some help finding a movement for my Omega quartz De Ville.
I purchased it in the 70's, cannot remember exactly when.
I think it is a CAL 1330 and measures 23mm across
The number on the case is ST 1910045.

It seems this movement is obsolete from Omega.

Is this sort of thing available?
