Sharing a rare bird in a LE from 1983 and not sure if this is considered a "vintage" or "modern"? Great article by non other than our very own Mr. Robert-Jan Broer: https://www.fratellowatches.com/speedy-tuesday-omega-speedmaster-professional-dd145-0022/ Quick scan? 34 years old and still exudes so much class Thanks for reading~
I'd be interested to know when the cutoff is too. In Breitling circles it’s pretty well established, but I have no idea for Omega. Lovely watch BTW.
Thanks bud and a lot of charm for sure on the wrist. From on-line research, it appears to be from 1983 to 1986. My DD was dated in 1985 on the guarantee paper. I know my bezel has been changed from the original one with gold font into a generic one since it was damaged. The good thing is, I do have the original guarantee paper with the watch which makes it kind of cool from collecting standpoint.
