I've always lusted for the classic panda chronograph. My own FZ LE Speedmaster "Giapponese"! One of one..

I think it would look great on a Nato strap as well

 

I think it looks great, definitely like the white subdial hands and the flat grey hands. I had an Apollo XI 35th and had trouble enjoying it with the polished hardware, and this is a great remedy. I'm just not sure I would've done it to an Apollo XI 25th though

I like, though I would have had to use black hour, minute and running seconds hands for legibility

 

This dial had the silver hands. The Italian had the dark grey hour minute.

 

Looks really nice, nothing like the real thing .....

 

I debated that but after all, there's nothing about the 25th anniversary that differentiate it form a normal Speedmaster except the engraved numbers on the side of the case and the sapphire case back so that made my decision easier.

to be honest, daytona is much better looking than omega speedmaster. the minute and hour hands are 3D brushed, while on omega it's just stamped from metal sheet.

 

I was was mostly referring to this Daytona..

 

That's your engineers assessment I suppose...

 

I think that the proportions on the Omega is nicer than that on the Daytona. Very nice panda!

 

When you consider the source of the assessment, it's rather easy to ignore.
