Not sure if this has been mentioned here before, but I'd be surprised if it hadn't. I guess that David Bowie has a somewhat loose connection with Omega and the Speedmaster through his 1969 album and single Space Oddity. Well, this morning, I pulled out one of my favorite Bowie LPs, Lodger, from 1979. It's not one that I listen to as often as I'd like, but I always enjoy it when I do. After putting it on, I opened up the gatefold sleeve to find a picture of a Speedmaster and a Flightmaster inside! What does it mean??? Now, they've always been there (I would imagine), but I had never noticed it until today. So... another vintage Omega sighting in the wild.
