I'm sure this has been covered before, but just in case it's of use to someone wanting to do the same thing.
I am lucky enough to own a Datejust 16220 as well as a GMT 16710. The Datejust came with the ref 62510H jubilee bracelet with 555b end links.

Although this bracelet and end links have been reported to fit the 16710, the fit isn't quite correct. Due to the difference case diameter the curvature of the 555b is not the best fit, nor do these end links accommodate the larger springbars used in the GMT's oyster bracelet.
I took the GMT (on oyster) and the jubilee bracelet (loose, without end links) into Rolex St. James Sq. and asked if they could supply the correct end links and fit the jubilee accordingly. They responded with a friendly 'of course' and after a ten minute wait my GMT came back on the jubilee - new (correct) end links and new spring bars. My oyster bracelet was supplied back in the green velvet Rolex pouch.
The end links supplied for the GMT were reference 502T. Apparently 502B's also fit but do not have the slot in the back which allows them to be suitable for both lug-hole and 'hole-free' models.
I was delighted with the service, and pleased with the result. It just means the Datejust won't get a look-in for a while!
