Gents,

I’m considering entering the Rolex world.
I am a huge fan of omega, but there is something in the DJ with Jubilee that has always attracted my soul.

I found online this one.
Is from 1986, same year I was born.
The watch was serviced in 2014 with change of glass (original) and, unfortunately, some polishing.

Considering the photo, can you give me your thoughts on a good pricepoint, condition of the watch and originality (I’m new to this brand so I’m still not super skilled in recognizing fakes).

Thanks a lot

If you go on ebay, the asking prices are mid to upper $2k to mid $3k.
The plus is that it is serviced but was it by a reputable dealer or local watchmaker, receipt?!
The band has quite a bit of stretch.
Have you been provided the reference numbers?
IMO, f it is not on the lower end of the $2k, I would hold out for a better example.

The seller could close the deal for 1,6k.
Too good to be true?
