Never accept less than 63bhp myself 馃槜. 1998 Mini Cooper with 1966 Omega 166.0002.

110 mph speedo but, the laws of aerodynamics take over at 80-85... Still the fastest thing through the bends with huge 175/50 R13 tyres on a car weighing 2/3 of a tonne. Greatly amusing when someone is 3ft from your back bumper on a straight and disappears backwards through the twisty bits. Dare not lift off as it takes an age to get back up to speed. Anyway, that's my excuse, officer 馃槈

Here with winter tyres and raring to go.

LOL - Here is the huge "power-plant" in my '63 Nova. The original 194 Cubic Inch in-line 6 putting out a whopping 120HP. 馃槈

As I say to the kids, "Quick, to the ice-cream parlor!"

Heck, 3.2L and 120 bhp. Now that's understressed. Does it also take a V8 with that amount of space?

Continuing on from my first post, 3.8L and 265 bhp, according to Jaguar. The best view in British motoring....

Combined with a 1997 (?) Speedmaster and open roads. It doesn't get better than days like these. Cue Matt Monroe...

Yes, I know that's a Miura but a bit later in the film...

Cheers, Chris

Why not, fits well but, I'm a bit worried about your oil pressure there.... I assume you're filling up with HP1300 at 拢6000 a litre 馃槻

No, I'm a cheapskate. Shell Helix Ultra @ 拢10.95 per litre (plus VAT). Pressure at tick-over, just after start-up. is OK (waiting for the garage door to close) 6+ bar when the clog hits the floor.

Chris - Lots of conversions to small block V8's like a 283 or 327 Cubic Inch engine. Could probably get the HP to 195hp - 250hp. Will keep stock for now as its a full suspension, transmission and rear upgrade along w/engine.

Great B&W pic of the Speedy in the Jag!!! 馃憤

Just putting forward some alternate acronyms mate. I didn't even mention the cars made on Friday afternoon!! Trust me, I know about such things as you are aware...I have heard stories about coke cans being put inside door panels, etc.

Cheers, Al
