as long as you don't masterbate with the watch on you should be fine.

Depends on which arm you're using?

Surely noises like this are part of the pleasure of owning and appreciating mechanical devices, (as opposed in particular to quartz movement watches)? With some striking clocks I find that noises arising during the 'warning' phase are as good to hear as the strike itself. And just think about all the fuss we had at the start of last year's GP season because the then new engines are so relatively quiet. I'm surprised how many people seem to get near-obsessive about technical aspects of their watches - often time keeping accuracy. I like 'em for how they look and whether they're quiet or not/not especially accurate doesn't worry me at all. Down here on earth we are not needing to time an engine burn with any degree of precision!

For that activity, Omega developed the masterCoAxial calibers ...

LOL!!! After this comment there could be some more questions 'popping up' about watches listed in the sales forum.

Mine sounds the same I assume. I can hear it sometimes but never jerked it around like so.

I've heard a Patek that was just as loud if not louder so doesn't concern me. I rarely hear it since am rarely in a place where the noise floor is quiet enough to notice it.
