Can anyone give me an idea of the rates if seller from UK declares actual cost paid on vintage watch shipped from UK to USA?

Thanks! I've bought from international sellers that were individuals, not established businesses, and have never paid additional fees. Haven't noticed in the past, but does eBay always include "International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges", in shipping description or is this something the seller adds to warn buyers of additional fees? Just trying to use a little caution here before placing a bid:)

Whether it be quick and routine or actually looked at, all parcels are "processed" through customs one way or another.

Not answering your post as such, coming to the UK it seems to be very much luck of the draw occasionally your package sails in :) and then again sometimes :(
    No relation to value, strange.
