Where can I get a crystal to this watch? Will it be an easy task to do it myself or do I need to go to a watchmaker?

You will need a press with proper dies to install this.

On ebay you can find many PZ5005
You can do yourself, but you need practice

When it comes to mechanical watches, if you have to ask about doing it yourself, you probably shouldn’t try.
