·Hi all,
I need help identifying the correct sapphire crystal part number for my De Ville Trésor, ref 435.13.40.21.03.001 (blue dial, stainless steel, Calibre 8910, serial 89610098).
Two independent watchmakers have replaced my crystal with the wrong part - it sits proud of the bezel and the profile is clearly off. I know the correct crystal is a box-form domed sapphire, but I can’t find the Omega part number (062-series) anywhere publicly.
If anyone has access to the parts catalog and can pull the crystal part number for this reference, I’d be very grateful. Trying to source it myself and have it installed independently in Berlin.
