I’ve recently picked up a vintage omega 166.0140 in gold plating. The crown that it came with isn’t original and I’m looking to replace it. Based on research I appears the correct part I’m looking for is 069SX42055. Unfortunately I’m not having as much luck figuring out the appropriate stem that goes with it. Depending on where I look I’m being told it’s either a 563-1106 or a 563-1160. The former is apparently 4.9mm tap 9 and the latter is 5mm tap 10.
Any advice or suggestions on how to find out which is the right one?
