I have an Omega caliber 625 in a D6672 18k gold case, I broke the stem and crown, and took it to a local watch repair and he said he could not find the stem and crown possibly not available, can anyone help me with part numbers or the parts?
    Thank you in advance.

You didn't specify the case material (what colour gold) so I will assume it's 18k yellow gold. The only 2 parts showing as available for that case are the crystal and crown...

    Crystal - 062PN1043

Crown - 069SX22131 - note this will be a plated crown.

Winding stem for a Cal. 625 (long version) is 72206201125.

    Cheers, Al
