    Not really. Of course you could loosen the screen a turn and nudge it over if it bothers you.

    That's actually not a clamp at all, its a dauphine hand chopped off to replace a lost clamp.

    If you haven't purchased the watch already, I'd run away, god only knows what other horrors may lurk...

    I hadn't even noticed. Good eyes Norm. I've seen watchmakers fashion clamps out of all sorts of things, usually other sized clamps. Apparently they lose them a lot. You may very will be able to order the correct clamp, I do it all the time.
