The movement has one darker piece.

The hands only have a small amount of lume at the tip, yet the dial has 2 T's indicating a large amount of lume. I'm probably wrong so somebody correct me on this.

Dial has a lot of blotchy pink patina, maybe owned by a smoker. While some may like this, these watches are regularly sold in mint condition, so I would wait and buy another. Here's a pristine one I bought for 350

In the 60's, on lumed dials, Omega printed one T or two T's next to Swiss Made depending on the models.
On some models like 168005, 167005 I have seen only one T, (two T's on those models means Redial)
The hidden crown 168004, 010 or C cases, two T's are common
Seamasters are a bit different .....

but I have to keep that for myself, I guess.:D

I noticed thanks. Just thought with a signed crystal & Omega bracelet, if I could get it for a price under say $550, it might be worth it. Is my reasoning off? Thanks again:D

True, to me the patina is minimal & adds character to show its age. In my reply to ulackfocus (sorry I only know screen names here), my thinking was, it has original crystal & Omega bracelet, if can be bought say for $550 or less it may be worth it. What say you? Has my thought process circuited?

Period Omega crystals are not hard to get. Yes the bracelet is a plus, perhaps 100-150. Of course it boils down to price. The patina here is not bad and I have watches with patina, but given the choice I would always pick the mint condition dial. There is nothing wrong with your thinking, it is your thinking. Another plus here is that it is a 564

Thanks, a certain amount of patina does not bother me. I'm of the mindset, some patina shows character, attributable to the watch's age. Maybe I misspoke. I should have asked, what is acceptable condition, for optimum value of a collectible Omega. Still learning the ropes:p

Your price thinking is about right, plus or minus how much you want the watch.

I wouldn't pay more than $300 for that style of Constellation, in that condition. But that is only my opinion.

Ok, thanks for weighing in. Not looking to buy, just learning values/condition.

If he had one it would be on the watch. Replacements are almost always not available and very very hard (time) to source.
