Yup! After two hours of that “team building” my internal monologue says “why don’t you tell us what you want to see in an email and we can go about our lives”

Reminds me of mine…..

I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing, and what a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while actually producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization.

I had my team do this on Friday, but my phasing was "hey, huddle up. We have 1 hour to un-F this production plan for next week."
