Crazy 3861 Accuracy +1.7 a Month!

My Speedmaster 3861 has done +1.7 in 30 days.
I have alternated resting position between face up (runs fast) and crown up (runs slow).

Now I know how to keep my watch accurate to +-0 on the long run.

Thats really good, nearly quartz accuracy, do you have a winding rutine too?
