Cool, that's a great shot. I've seen pictures of Cousteau with several different watches. The manufacturers surely wanted the public to see him wearing their brand.

Great pics! I love them...I'm a big fan of JYC....I wish more of the pics had some close ups on their time pieces....but those bathing suits.....whew!!

The Omega museum in Bienne has a small exhibit with watches that they to imply belonged to Cousteau..."Cousteau's Choice"

 

Good old JYC, even started the budgie smuggler craze, now ardently followed by our Prime Minister

 

Tempus Fugit... already 20 years since naval explorer Jacques-Yves Cousteau passed away...

 

But it will be great news when " Calypso " will be completely restored in its old glory... undergoing restoration in Turkey for the moment...
