    Hi

I recently purchase this watch but I am not able to see the mechanism because the movement has to be removed from the front..I removed the glass but I don't know what to do next...so could you tell me the reference number of the case, caliber, etc from the pictures..?

    Thank you in advance

I think there is a case back you can open.

Yes, probably. I thought there were a spot to open the back on some picture, but the case definitely looks like a monocoque.

Usually, with a monocoque like that, you have to pull out the crown - the stem should split as it is made of two parts - turn the movement a little bit in the case and let it fall on a cushion.

But do not try yourself if you do not know what you are doing!

There's no such thing as "monobloc" Omega case.

It's either a "Monocoque" case where the movement is accessed by removing the bezel/crystal assembly with a case knife after removing the crown/stem assembly.

The somewhat similar "Unicoc" style is the one where the removal of the crystal with a crystal lift is used and then the movement can be accessed.

You can usually spot a Monocoque case by the small gap between the bezel and the case (under the crown if it's been correctly assembled).
