Unfortunately, the 552 is based on a 550 calibre and the 565 on a 563 (which is a development of the 550, which in itself has a lot of 470 parts). The primary changes from 550 to 563 are in the keyless works.
Now, a 565 and 552 are basically the same (on the train side) excluding the above but, certainly the setting lever spring, cannon pinion would need changing as well as, likely, the stem, winding pinion, setting lever and yoke. It's just not worth it to be honest and I'm not sure how the dial would sit down as the dial feet will be in the same place but, the plates are different because you don't have the date mechanism any more.
I'd forget this idea if I were you and look for the correct dial as you'll kill any value in the watch and it will cost a lot of money.
