I've not found anything quite like this in my searches so I defer to any opinions here. Dial seems very fresh looking given the age. https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/131734129291Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Exactly, they're pretty common and have quite good water resistance for their era along with solid movements so the survival rate for these is very high compared to other models.
Thanks. It was a good bit higher than other Cosmics I found but none were quite like it, made wonder if it was an unusual example. Beautiful watch but I'm a tightwad.
It's been serviced according to the ad so take that into account. That's worth a little something, I'd imagine.
That's the seller from whom I bought my first Constellation whose provenance and authenticity I now doubt. Look at the lettering on this dial, and note that there are Ts yet no lume anywhere, despite claims that the dial had its original finish and original hands.
I would not buy anything from that seller. His watches are noob bait. Redials and replated movements. Everything non ferrous is plated rose gold colored.
thanks for the warning. i was looking at this guy's stuff. i think i'll just wait for a good deal in the private sales.

Jewels are not present with this machine. i have checked other pictures https://www.chronomarket.com/en/watch/193-omega-seamaster-cosmic-2000-166133.html
The famous Mumbai coloured dial I bet ( haven't even looked at eBay add) Research and keep looking at watches, three watches you have asked for help in 7 posts It's a 17 Jewel movement it says it on there. Share with us what cal movement should it be
Since we're talking Cosmics, I came across this 2000 (auction ends in under 2 hours ). What do you think? Service dial because of lack of T's? I also think the hands look weirdly short. I like this particular lug configuration: the 2K's I came across before were all cushion cases. It's been recently serviced by an omega specialist that I trust. What should I reasonably pay for this? Thanks!
Thats funny, there is a guy in the Heuer circles that does the same thing with a similar name Omega Addict Chrono Addict
