Yes, same.

As I understand it, JB (Jacoby-Bender) were the manufacturer and Champion was the name of the range of their watch bracelets.

Here are my two JB Champion bracelets. The top one came off a Unisonic, the bottom one I sourced from a dealer in South America, belongs to an unknown model.
Both clasps are marked "4 - 71"
Both bracelets appear to be built from fairly similar links
Both end links are 19mm
The top (Unisonic) one's end link is marked "76", and is shallower
The bottom one's end link is unmarked, and is deeper
(the bottom one's middle links in the last row, connecting the bracelet with the end links are not original)
