I don't know about the back without further study but that dial is a fugly redial.

Goldcap on steel Constellation backs look like that.

The seller states in the listing it is a redial. To a collector that greatly devalues it. I would pass if I were you

 

Indeed the medallion is a replacement made by who the hell knows, but its not correct or original, stars are incorrect.
