I've been studying Desmond PDF files overnight and
I realize the ref number of the watch I found is
not 100% matching with the information.
    It's connise cal.564 27267853.
First Digit is Gent's Jewl watch - correct
Second Digit is Self winding Chrono - correct
Third Digit is Non water resistant - correct
Last Two Digit is Year of Manufacturer - not correct.
    It's 1962, Omega first released the Cal.564
Am I missing something? or it's just another fake or franken.

Huh? You sure you're not reading the watch's serial number :D

I think you have the serial number and reference number information mixed up.

The reference number is on the back of the case, and the serial number is on the movement. Nothing in the 6 digit reference number has anything to do with the manufacture date, unless it's added afterwards, then it's the year the case was made. Not all 60's watches have this on the inside of the case back. The first two digits of the movement's serial number dictate the year it was made.

Looks like a ref 168.018, which would have a cal 564.

I never had a chance to open the case. All the information is from the shop.
I think I better go and buy this watch and see for my self
instead of asking you guys with wrong information.
They probably able to give me the certificate which it's genuine.
Thank you guys for helping me out :)

not sure if its dirt or visible corrosion at the bottom of the dial, but either way id be worried about corrosion of the movement.... Id want a good look inside before buying....
