Correct insert on Croton Chronomaster Aviator Diver?

Hi all

I have the possibility to get my hands on Croton Chronomaster Aviator Diver. I think it looks fairly clean and original, but I am far from an expert. My main concern is the insert which I was convinced was not genuine to the watch, but now a fellow wach addict says that maybe it is. So now I am confused. Can you shed some light on it? Is it genuine? What about the watch as a whole?

Cheers

The watch looks fine but I don’t think the insert is original, from my recollection I have only seen this style of insert on the chronomaster.
Big minute counter and small hour counter below.

As mentioned: the bezel of the Chronomaster always has two scales: outside 0 to 60, inside 0 to 12.

I will post an ad in the wtb section to see if someone has one of these lying around. Thanks!

I still have to see the first honest vintage watch with a worn caseback and a mint insert.. 😉
