Watch has original receipt and serial number matches, but I struggled to find a similar model with gold hour markers and hands, Any thoughts?

 

Looks fine to me, this one I have owned some years ago.

 

I had seen similar with hour markings like yours, just wanted to be sure as the rest of the watch seems in order. Would you say the crown is typical of this period?

 

The hands are fine, the dial looks very nice. The crown is a service replacement. You can still find the correct crowns for these watches.
