Yet another overpriced watch that's worth taking a look at and not buying....

Not 1920s as the sellers say, the lugs are typical art deco so more 1930s.
And this is one instance where it doesn't feel like it matters that it's a redial, because it's such a piece of craftsmanship and so true to its era.

You'd think for that price the seller would post the movement and inside caseback;
I've asked him to do so, it will be interesting to see the reply.

An interesting one indeed to finish the year. It has the same diamond numerals as some of the men's tank platinum watches from the same era (probably an american licensed version with the same dial/case maker). The men's version are from the late 30s, so I agree with your assessment of a 30s not 20s watch. Best wishes for 2017!
