Hello everyone-- I was wondering if anyone has contacted Universal Geneve before. I am looking for some spare parts to fix a watch and was hoping I could purchase them right from the manufacturer. Has anyone had any luck getting into contact with a UG representative and if so how did you go about doing it.
Universal still exists as a brand within Stelux Holdings, a Hong Kong-based holding company. They do respond to inquiries as can be seen in this thread. I do not know if they can help you with spare parts, but the general consensus seems to be that much of the historical knowledge has long since left the brand.
