    Good afternoon to you all.

Firstly please let me introduce myself. I know little about Omega Constellations but intend to learn.

I came across the attached on Ebay and would like your opinions. Allegedly a '65 but I have not seen any with similar black "stick" hands. Or a serrated front bevel.

Is it correct? The owner cannot, or will not, show the calibre and case back, which cannot be a good sign.

    Regards
    Vince

Short answer is yes, those are correct Omega hands for Constellations of that era.

However $1,500 for a watch that needs service and where the seller refuses to give additional information spells "run away" to me

    Looks like a super-flat caliber 712 reference.

Thanks for the replies. Is that a "guilloche" type dial? I'm not interested in buying, especially at that price, just
not seen one like it before.

super flat? does that refer to the crystal?

    It's a linen type dial.

Refers to the very thin movement.
