It seems that a number of Omega 18K bracelets that have fold-over clasps have those little holes on both sides that allow fine adjustment. Yet, on some pictures of Grand Luxes, they have the fold-over clasp, but I can't make out the adjustment holes. Other than going to a jeweler to have links removed, is there some mechanism of adjustment in the clasp that's not particularly obvious? Thanks, Bob
This puzzle me, too No micro adjustment, No pins except at the last brick and clasp...........anyone has experience in fitting this vintage GL brick bracelet?
Good question. I'll be finding out in a couple of weeks however expecting to be disappointed with a 6 1/2" wrist
The clasp itself is expandable with a spring inside - so it will "fine-adjust" to your wrist if the discrepancy is not too much - otherwise you have to take links out with the help of a jeweler... sorry, I am not a native English speaker - I hope you will understand my explanation in my poor school English
Erich, Many thanks for your input. How much fine adjustment would you say there is - a cm or so? Thanks, Bob
Hi Bob, I actually don´t own such a bracelet - I just had the chance to put my hands on it some moths ago... I suppose 1 cm or so might be the "extension" regards erich
