Hey everyone, long time listener first time caller. I’m restoring an Omega constellation quarts “my choice”. I’ve repaired the movement and got it back running but the crystal is cracked. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to remove it. I originally assumed I could remove the bezel but not sure if I can or if the claws on the bezel are what’s holding it in place. Any help on how to remove it would be greatly appreciated and a crystal size would be helpful too ( I can measure it once it’s out though)

A crystal press? They typically press into a gasket. If you want water tightness, replace the gasket as well.

It’s authentic, I was present for its purchase at the boutique
If it is real, it's not a ref. 14657100. That particular reference has diamond bezel, with a white MOP dial...so a bit different than what you are showing here.

What is the case number inside the case back?

I think it is real, but I think it is a 795.1241 (or so, I can't see the dial in OPs photos). See this one here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/197171304426

Movement photos match up perfectly. OP's case/bezel are scratched to heck and back, but look right to me from everything I can see. Though better photos might change my mind.

As far as removing the crystal: Its already broken and you're replacing it, no need to be gentle with it. I'd use a crystal press from the inside to try to push it out (or my thumbs...). If it is held in by the bezel, that will either crack the crystal further or push the bezel off. If it isn't, it'll be out.
