Perusing ebay as you do

Spotted this and just wanted to canvass opinions on my observations:

1. Case is in good condition but shows signs over over-polishing
2. Movement looks in good order - but suspicious that no pics of watch with movement installed
3. Hands look too long for the dial and do not match batons
4. Suspicious looking Swiss made

I think the ‘professionally restored’ is the big give away.
And you’re correct in thinking the black insert hands don’t match the lumed indices.

It looks like whoever "restored" it decided to put lume material in the inserts.

 

I would guess the inserts already contained lume and they have been redone (badly). It’s the hands that are wrong, plus the poor redial job.
