He did mention it as refinished in the description. Not really surprising since while he has sold some nice omegas he has also sold a lot of mediocre watches.
On my iPad the "refinished" was off the edge of the page...all I saw was "Dial - original Omega 18k solid gold"... my mistake. Still kind of sad to see this though!
