Uh, no. Not gold filled. Gold layer is 8 to 10 times thicker.

More like gold clad. Think US quarter dollars or dimes.

If you look closely at the back of the stainless steel lugs you can see a thin layer of gold around the edge.

That's a good indicator that it is gold capped, not gold filled (same as gold plated).

A thin sheet of gold has actually been bonded under high pressure to the stainless case resulting in a much thicker protective layer of gold that is unlikely to wear like plating.

I've seen gold filled/plated watches worn through from shirt cuffs/jackets etc and just general wear.

I've always thought that gold filled and gold capped were exactly the same thing. Isn't it gold plated that is the very thin layer?

For my own curiosity I checked and see that Omega's gold 'capped' watches do have a thicker coating than gold 'filled':
gold capped - min standard 200 microns
gold filled - normally 50/140 microns; min 1/20th of case weight
gold plated - normally 5/20 microns (this is the one that is easily worn away)

    Yes, it is 7-row bead-of-rice.

Btw: Only the lugs on your watch have the gold cap. The bezel is actually made of solid 14k gold. Gold is very soft so don't let anyone polish your watch.
