Update... Case back has arrived! Here are the pics I promised.
Looking for a case back for a pie pan #14393. Also I have read that case #168.005 was also used for cal. 561 so that would work as well.

Found a 168.005 for this case. Thanks to all that helped in open discussion. I could not have found the proper case back for this beauty without you all.

Yes, I must have been up until around 3:00 am on Friday after work searching until I finally found one out of Germany. Also found a vintage Omega beads of rice bracelet to finish it off. I do believe the word sweet will apply.
